Rates and Reservation Information:
Bear Creek Guest House is a delightful vacation rental house nearWaco,TX,
The nightly rental rate is for the exclusive use of our guest house.
A maximum of 8 overnight guests is allowed. (There is a king-sized bed in the downstairs master bedroom and there are queen sized beds in each of the other two bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs- plus in the upstairs loft.)
Rates are as follows:
$165/night Sunday through Thursday and
$225/night Friday and Saturday nights and holidays
These rates:
Do not include the 6% State tax which is added.
DO Include complimentary coffee and tea for the first morning of your stay.
There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
We also welcome folks for extended stays. Please contact us for special extended stay rates.

Reservation Information:
- Payment is expected upon arrival. Cash, personal checks and traveler's checks are accepted. We do not accept credit cards.
- Bear Creek Guest House is primarily intended for use by overnight guests. When making your reservation, please discuss with us any plans for additional guests who will not be staying the night and any plans for parties, dinners, or other similar activities. There may be an additional charge and/or a damage deposit required.
- Extended-stay rates are available.
- Well-behaved children are welcome.
- Smoking is not permitted inside our home.
- Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
- Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. (Please discuss any need for early or late arrival times with us when you make reservations.)
- Check-out: by 12:00 noon. (Please discuss any need for late checkout times with us when you make reservations.)
- We require a deposit in the amount of one night's lodging or 50% (whichever is greater) or a credit card number to confirm your reservation.
- Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revised reservation.
- A seven day advance notice of cancellation is required to insure deposit return.
- In order to insure your privacy, conserve natural resources, and to keep our costs low, daily maidservice is not provided. Fresh towels, however, are available for each day of your stay.
