Rates and Reservation Information

Rates: $110 to $185/night plus 6% tax

· Bear Creek Guest House is primarily intended for use by overnight guests.

· When making your reservation, please discuss with us any plans for additional guests who will not be staying the night and any plans for parties, dinners or other similar activities. There may be an additional charge and/or a damage deposit required.

· The nightly rate charge is for the rental of our entire guest house. A maximum of 8 overnight guests is allowed. Rates are as follows:

· $185 if all three bedrooms PLUS the double bed in the loft are used

· $160 if three bedrooms are used

· $135 if two bedrooms are used

· $110 for 1 or 2 people sharing one bed

· For Baylor University special event weekends (Commencement, Parent’s Weekend, Homecoming) there is a two night minimum and the rate is $185.00 per night for one to eight guests.

· Payment is expected upon arrival. Cash and personal checks are preferred, however, we also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express Credit Cards and traveler’s checks,

· Our rates include coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and, for the first morning of your stay, a continental breakfast.

· Amenities include a stone fireplace, foosball, air hockey, and a satellite/DVD/VCR/Home Theatre television.

· The rental rate does not include 6% State taxes charged.

· Extended-stay rates available.

· Well-behaved children are welcome.

· Smoking is not permitted inside our home.

· Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.

· Check-in: From 3:00 pm. (Please discuss any need for early or late arrival times with us when you make reservations.)

· Check-out: by 12:00 noon. (Please discuss any need for late checkout times with us when you make reservations.)

· We require a deposit in the amount of one night’s lodging or 50% (whichever is greater) or a credit card number to confirm your reservation.

· Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revised reservation.

· A seven day advance notice of cancellation is required to insure deposit return.

· In order to insure your privacy, conserve natural resources, and to keep our costs low, daily maid service is not provided. Fresh towels, however, are available for each day of your stay.
